It’s a lot easier to be active when you can keep track of how much you’re really moving. Tracking your steps throughout the day encourages you to be more active. If you see how much you walk in a day and then set a goal, you’ll be in better shape.
7) Give your eyes rest in between work
While we work all day long on our laptop and mobile screens, we usually forget about how delicate our eyes are. Keep giving your Eyes some rest for better results.
8) Utilize your lunch break
It’s important to take your lunch break. Having a break during the day is beneficial for your mental health and well-being, and it’s also a good opportunity to get active. Go outside for a walk and enjoy the change of scenery for at least a part of your break.
9) Calm your Mind
Not just you but your mind needs a short break to unwind as well. Use your phone to check out social media, call a friend, or listen to a few songs, doing this will help your mind rejuvenate and be more focused.
